Snow Squall Warning in Effect

A snow squall warning is in effect for the listening area.
Environment Canada says that snow squalls are expected and visibilities could be significantly reduced due to the heavy snow combined with blowing snow, and snow will quickly accumulate.
Snow squalls are coming inland from a strong southwest flow off of Georgian Bay will continue today and tonight with a total accumulation of 15cm in the heaviest squalls.
Snow squalls are expected to move to the south of the region by Thursday morning, as winds shift into the northwest.
